What is your cancelation policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before check-in.
Also, if you need to cancel within 7 days we will refund you for any portion we are able to rebook. We recommend you try to find a friend or colleague who can take over your booking as this will help you get your money back.
What are your check-in and check-out polices?

Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will received a code before your stay for self check-in.
Check-out time is 10:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest. You may request late check-out but it will depend on the cleaner's schedule that day whether we can accomodate.
Are parties allowed?

Zero tolerance for parties. We live in a residential neighborhood and could lose our ability to rent this home if there is a party. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately.
Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Please do not play loud music outside the home.
Can I smoke or drink in the home?

No smoking of any kind inside the home. If we detect the home has been smoked in we will need to charge you a large cleaning fee to ozone the property.
Be responsible with alcohol in this home, we are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.
Are there any cameras at the property?

There are no cameras inside or on the back porch for the privacy of our guests. However, we do have a video doorbell and outdoor camera on the front and side of the home for extra security and for the protection of the property.
